Salesforce Health Cloud Architect – Remote US
About the role
- Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture leveraging Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Define scalable solution patterns for payer operations including member engagement, care management, claims servicing, and provider relations
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture design workshops, and solution reviews with business and IT stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
- Provide governance and technical leadership across development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards

What you need to have to be considered
- 15+ years of experience in CRM or digital platforms, including significant experience as a Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong architecture ownership
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and payer domain workflows
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs, middleware, and event-based architectures
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing architecture, solution consulting, and translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
These will help you stand out
- Salesforce certifications such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional/Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, or Salesforce Architect credentials
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, OmniStudio, Einstein AI, or Industry Clouds
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR/HL7
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud-native integration platforms
- Experience in healthcare consulting or system integration environments
- Exposure to contact center integrations such as Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, or Five9
