Responsibilities
· Perform data extraction & data analysis from CRM systems for support investigation & projects
· Using ETL tool, facilitate data extraction, transform, load, verification in data migration projects in both production & testing environment
· Help support vendor to investigate data quality problems, arrange patching & formulate data related SOPs (unmerge, deactivate, reactivate) in Global CRM, APAC CRM, & local touchpoints
· Build daily data monitoring & reconciliation reports between middleware, source systems and destination systems to find data loss & data issues
· Build monitoring reports for business to show data quality in CRM such as registration speed report, merge reports, active customer report...
· Work with project & support team to enable daily schedulers to synchronize data between systems such as CASS, product, staff & customer data for BI reporting
Qualifications and Skills
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Undergraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field
· Certification in Salesforce.com or marketing cloud is a bonus
Work Experience
· At least 3 years work experience as data analyst with strong SQL & ETL experience
· Solid experience in working with CRM systems preferably with Salesforce.com or Reltio
· Experience working in the retail industry is preferable
Functional/Technical Expertise
· Knowledge of SQL, experience with DB like Oracle, SQL server, and proficiency with ETL is a must
· Experience with Alteryx, or other ETL tool is an advantage
· Experience in supporting or working with data in the following systems will be preferred: SFDC, SFMC, Heroku, Logic Apps, Biztalk, Reltio, Hybris & Power BI
· Understanding on Python, SQL, SOQL to write scripts or schedulers will be needed
Required Competencies
· Solid understanding of databases and system data models
· Ability to communicate in fluent English. Chinese, Korean, French is a bonus.
· Solid experience with data visualization and ETL tools, strong analytical ability, good judgment, and good business/domain knowledge
· Strong team player who proactively collaborate with team members
