About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday Finance Integration team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Workday Financials and external systems. This role ensures seamless financial data flow, compliance, and operational efficiency across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday Finance Integrations with external systems (ERP, banking, procurement, expense management, etc.).
- Configure and support Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Cloud Connect for Financials.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.
- Ensure compliance with financial data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Document integration processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Finance Integration tools (Studio, Core Connectors, EIB).
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Connect for Financials and vendor file exchange processes.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Document Transformation.
- Familiarity with financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Banking, Procurement, Expenses).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
