Job Summary

As a Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud-based solutions that leverage Oracle Database technologies. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the companys cloud capabilities and driving innovation in cloud services.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Oracle Database technologies to meet business requirements and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability scalability and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of cloud infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage cloud resources efficiently to optimize costs and maximize value for the organization.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to leverage external expertise and resources for cloud initiatives.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Database technologies and their application in cloud environments.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex cloud-related challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in hybrid work models balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new cloud technologies and methodologies.
  • Display a strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset to deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.

    Oracle Certified Professional Oracle Database Administrator
