Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager / Release Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across the full SDLC. This role is pivotal in driving predictable outcomes through Scaled Agile, Scrum, and continuous delivery practices. You will own delivery from inception through production , overseeing cross-functional Agile squads, managing release cycles, and ensuring seamless transitions into operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery with full ownership of scope, timelines, risks and outcomes.
Develop delivery roadmaps aligned to business priorities across concurrent workstreams
Oversee cross-functional Agile squads, driving high performance and continuous improvement.
Facilitate ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies, and track velocity and burndown metrics.
Own the release calendar — plan, coordinate and govern release cycles from dev to production.
Lead service transition activities and collaborate with L1/L2 support teams
Serve as the primary delivery contact across business, technology, and operations.
Skills Required:
Release and change management in ITSM-aligned environments.
Backlog management, sprint reporting, and delivery metrics in JIRA.
Delivery dashboard creation and data-driven performance reporting.
