Requirements:
+6 years of experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and Desktop support skills
o • Oversee the daily operations of the field services to ensure timely and effective resolution of user issues.
o • Provide expert break and fix support, audio and video in conferencing rooms, imaging, hands and eyes support, advanced desktop support complex technical challenges with precision and efficiency.
o • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and streamline support processes.
o • Implement best practices for incident management and service request ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
o • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures and troubleshooting guides.
o • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
o • Conduct regular training sessions for support staff to ensure high levels of technical proficiency.
o • Analyze support metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
o • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and support of external applications.
o • Lead initiatives to automate routine support tasks increasing efficiency and reducing response times.
o • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all support activities.
o • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on support issues and resolutions.
o • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the support team prioritizing user satisfaction.
