Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE and Node.js. The candidate should be hands-on and capable of leading a team, driving development, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of full stack developers
- Design and develop applications using Java, J2EE, and Node.js
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices
- Work on frontend development using React.js
- Guide the team on best coding practices and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
- Handle production issues and provide quick resolutions
- Drive end-to-end delivery of projects
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Java / J2EE
- Node.js
- React.js (frontend development)
- Experience in full stack development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Good understanding of application design and architecture
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Shield
