Sr. Business Analyst

Job summary

Sr Business Analyst role in a hybrid work model focusing on end to end requirement lifecycle management and agile requirements management for complex business initiatives. The role involves planning analyzing and documenting business needs collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value. The position requires strong English communication and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze and validate business requirements ensuring that each requirement is clearly understood documented and aligned with strategic business outcomes.
• Manage the entire requirement lifecycle from initial discovery through approval change control and final sign off maintaining traceability and consistency across all artifacts.
• Create detailed requirement specifications process descriptions user stories and acceptance criteria that support agile delivery teams in building high quality solutions.
• Facilitate agile requirements management activities such as backlog refinement sprint planning inputs and ongoing clarification of user stories for development and testing teams.
• Analyze existing business processes and data flows to identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement recommending actionable enhancements grounded in evidence.
• Develop business analysis plans for assigned initiatives including scope definition stakeholder analysis requirement work breakdown and estimation to support realistic delivery timelines.
• Engage with product owners and business partners to prioritize requirements based on value risk and dependencies helping teams focus on features that deliver meaningful impact for customers and society.
• Provide clear and structured communication of complex business and technical concepts in English tailoring documentation and discussions to suit diverse audiences across the organization.
• Coordinate with cross functional hybrid teams to ensure that requirements are understood consistently clarifying assumptions and resolving conflicts through constructive analysis.
• Support testing activities by reviewing test scenarios and results against documented requirements identifying defects and gaps and ensuring that delivered solutions meet agreed acceptance criteria.
• Monitor requirement changes during the project lifecycle assessing impact on scope schedule and benefits and recommending appropriate adjustments to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare business cases impact assessments and value realization metrics to demonstrate how implemented solutions contribute to company objectives and generate positive outcomes for customers and communities.
• Document and share best practices in requirement lifecycle management and agile analysis contributing to continuous improvement of business analysis standards and methods within the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in requirement lifecycle management through hands on experience managing discovery documentation change control and traceability across multiple projects.
• Apply advanced agile requirements management techniques including user story writing backlog grooming and incremental refinement to support iterative delivery in hybrid team environments.
• Utilize comprehensive business analysis and planning skills to define scope analyze stakeholders estimate effort and structure work for initiatives of medium to high complexity.
• Communicate fluently in English for reading writing and speaking producing clear documentation and conducting effective discussions with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Bring 4 to 8 years of practical experience as a business analyst or in a closely related role demonstrating consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes.
• Use analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret data evaluate options and recommend solutions that balance feasibility value and risk for the organization.
