About the role
As a Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading complex technology projects and portfolios that drive business value, operational excellence, and successful outcomes for our clients. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to drive successful delivery outcomes.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align expectations, facilitate decision-making, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, promoting best practices, and enhancing project delivery processes.

What you need to have to be considered:
Project management experience within complex technology or high-tech environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects or portfolios, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Strong expertise in project scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management, and budget oversight.
Experience using project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
These will help you stand out:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and complex cross-functional dependencies.
Strong understanding of technology delivery environments and the ability to effectively engage engineering and product teams.
Experience working in hybrid and globally distributed team environments.
Demonstrated success driving process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives.
