Job Summary

Consulting Manager with 13 to 15 years of experience in telecom domain responsible for driving complex consulting engagements that optimize service operations and process efficiency using Jira Azure ServiceNow Change Management PMP Password Manager Pro eTOM Framework and TMF Transaction Mgmt Facility in a hybrid work model during day shifts ensuring measurable value for global clients and sustainable improvements in business performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end consulting engagements for telecom clients by assessing current service operations and designing improvements grounded in eTOM framework and TMF transaction management to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced customer experience.
• Guide project planning and execution activities by structuring work in Jira and Azure environments to ensure transparent tracking of tasks risks and dependencies across multiple consulting workstreams.
• Develop robust change management strategies by configuring and optimizing ServiceNow Change Management workflows that align with telecom specific regulatory and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with cross functional stakeholder groups to gather detailed telecom business requirements and translate them into clear process designs that are traceable across eTOM based process models.
• Create detailed consulting artifacts such as as is and to be process maps impact assessments and implementation roadmaps that clearly explain how eTOM and TMF practices will be embedded into client operations.
• Administer and govern PMP Password Manager Pro usage within consulting projects to maintain secure handling of privileged credentials while complying with enterprise security and audit policies.
• Monitor project progress using Jira and Azure dashboards to identify deviations from plan and recommend timely corrective actions that keep consulting deliverables aligned with agreed scope schedule and quality.
• Collaborate with client operations and technology teams during workshops and working sessions to validate proposed telecom process changes and ensure feasibility within existing platforms and tools.
• Analyze service performance data and transaction patterns to identify recurring issues and design TMF based controls that reduce errors improve reliability and enhance customer facing services.
• Prepare clear business cases and value realization reports that demonstrate cost savings efficiency gains and service quality improvements resulting from consulting recommendations and implemented solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned from each consulting engagement and proposing refinements to eTOM aligned methods templates and accelerators for future projects.
• Provide guidance on hybrid work practices for consulting teams by defining ways of working that balance remote collaboration with onsite client interactions during day shifts to maintain productivity and stakeholder engagement.
• Document and communicate operational procedures for secure access using PMP Password Manager Pro and related tools to reduce risk of credential misuse and to satisfy compliance expectations within telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Possess deep telecom domain expertise with hands on experience mapping complex service and operations processes to eTOM framework components and TMF transaction models to create scalable and repeatable consulting solutions.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Jira and Azure by configuring boards workflows and reporting views that support large consulting programs and provide clear visibility to stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Show strong experience in ServiceNow Change Management by designing change models approval flows and risk assessments that fit telecom operational needs and reduce service disruption during deployments.
• Exhibit practical experience using PMP Password Manager Pro for managing privileged accounts and implementing access governance practices that align with enterprise security standards.
• Apply proven consulting methodologies and project management skills to structure telecom client engagements manage complex dependencies and deliver outcomes within agreed time and budget constraints in hybrid work models.
• Display excellent communication and analytical skills to convey technical and process concepts to diverse stakeholder groups and to build consensus around recommended changes without relying on formal authority.
• Bring familiarity with broader telecom industry trends and regulatory considerations to ensure that eTOM and TMF based designs remain adaptable compliant and supportive of future innovation in client operations.
