Primary Responsibilities
• Customer 360 / Customer Account Hub
- Lead the end-to-end data architecture for the Customer 360 / Customer Account Hub, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models for core domains such as customer/party, account, product, and relationships.
- Internal material explicitly identifies the role as Data Architect – Customer 360 responsible for overall solution architecture and standards, and describes Customer 360 business outcomes around unified customer/party view and products/accounts
- Define the enterprise customer data foundation, including standardized master data definitions, golden record design, entity resolution/match-merge patterns, cross-reference handling, and hierarchical relationship modeling.
- Internal references explicitly describe “Single View of Customer,” “Creating Golden Copy of Master Data Entities,” and Customer 360 objectives around standardized master data and household/corporate hierarchies
- Skills: Snowflake, AWS, DBT, Customer 360 Experience
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150-160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
