Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert in policy servicing for property and casualty insurance focusing on accurate policy administration endorsement processing and documentation using MS Office tools. Work from office during night shifts to ensure timely support for global stakeholders maintaining high service quality data integrity and regulatory compliance for complex policy portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end policy servicing activities for property and casualty insurance portfolios ensuring timely and accurate processing of new business policies renewals endorsements and cancellations in alignment with client and organizational standards.
• Perform detailed validation of policy data across multiple systems using MS Office tools to identify discrepancies update records and maintain high levels of data integrity for underwriting and operations teams.
• Prepare comprehensive policy documentation schedules and summaries using advanced MS Office capabilities to support internal stakeholders and external clients with clear and reliable information.
• Analyze incoming servicing requests prioritize workload for night shift operations and execute transactions efficiently to meet agreed turnaround times and service level expectations.
• Collaborate with underwriting operations and finance teams through structured communication to clarify policy terms resolve servicing issues and support smooth policy lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates trackers and reports in MS Office to improve transparency of servicing activities enable performance monitoring and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct regular quality checks on completed policy servicing tasks document findings and implement corrective actions to reduce error rates and enhance overall process quality.
• Provide expert guidance on policy servicing procedures to peers and new team members by sharing best practices clarifying process steps and supporting consistent execution of tasks.
• Monitor policy servicing trends and recurring issues during night shifts document insights and recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess five to eight years of professional experience in policy servicing or insurance operations with demonstrated strength in managing complex transactional workloads and delivering accurate outcomes within defined timelines.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Office applications including word processing spreadsheets and presentations using these tools to analyze data prepare documentation and build operational trackers that support decision making.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts such as policy structure coverage sections endorsements and renewals to interpret servicing requests and apply appropriate actions when domain exposure is present.
• Display solid analytical and problem solving abilities by investigating data issues identifying root causes and implementing practical resolutions that improve reliability of policy records.
• Show effective communication skills through clear written correspondence and structured documentation that supports collaboration with cross functional stakeholders during night shift operations.
• Maintain a detail oriented and process driven work approach ensuring high levels of accuracy consistency and compliance in every policy servicing transaction executed from the office environment.

Certifications Required
