Job Summary
Serve as a functional architect specializing in S4 HANA production planning and quality management designing robust solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations. Apply deep domain experience in procurement manufacturing and supply chain to optimize end to end processes in a hybrid work model. Collaborate across global teams in English and Spanish to deliver scalable and compliant enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design integrated S4 HANA PP PI and quality management solutions that align complex manufacturing and supply chain processes with enterprise standards and strategic business outcomes
- Optimize production planning scenarios by configuring S4 HANA PP PI to improve capacity utilization cycle times and on time delivery performance across diverse manufacturing environments
- Configure and refine S4 HANA QM in sales to strengthen customer facing quality controls reduce defect rates and enhance overall client satisfaction through accurate order related inspections
- Implement and maintain S4 HANA QM quantity notifications to ensure timely capture of nonconformance events and enable effective root cause analysis and corrective actions across the value chain
- Design and manage S4 HANA QM inspection in production processes to embed quality checks within shop floor workflows and support consistent product conformity and regulatory compliance
- Develop and govern S4 HANA QM master data structures including inspection plans codes and catalogs to provide reliable foundations for analytics traceability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide S4 HANA QM integration across procurement manufacturing and logistics modules to deliver seamless data flows standardized quality controls and transparent end to end process visibility
- Configure S4 HANA QM inspection in procurement to reinforce supplier quality standards reduce incoming material issues and support strategic sourcing decisions through actionable quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in procurement manufacturing and supply chain to gather requirements translate them into detailed functional designs and validate solutions through workshops and testing
- Provide expert guidance on hybrid working practices and system usage by documenting functional designs running knowledge sessions and ensuring consistent adoption across geographically dispersed teams
- Conduct fit gap analyses for existing processes and S4 HANA capabilities recommending targeted improvements that increase automation reduce manual work and support sustainable operational efficiency
- Support testing cycles by preparing test scenarios validating functional behavior and coordinating defect resolution so that production deployments meet reliability accuracy and compliance objectives
- Use bilingual communication in English and Spanish to coordinate global business users explain solution concepts and ensure common understanding of manufacturing quality and procurement processes across regions
Qualifications
- Bring substantial hands on experience in S4 HANA PP PI configuration and process design enabling advanced planning production order management and integration with related modules
- Demonstrate deep functional proficiency in S4 HANA quality management including sales related inspections quantity notifications production inspections procurement inspections and supporting master data
- Apply strong domain expertise in procurement manufacturing and supply chain to design practical process flows that reflect real world operations and support measurable improvements in throughput and quality
- Leverage experience in LS manufacturing and supply chain procurement to align enterprise template solutions with industry practices and regulatory expectations in highly controlled environments
- Employ robust skills in process mapping requirements analysis and documentation to convert business needs into clear functional specifications ready for technical build and testing activities
- Utilize solid knowledge of hybrid delivery models system rollout practices and stakeholder engagement techniques to support smooth solution adoption without disrupting critical operations
- Communicate fluently in English for global collaboration and act as a native Spanish speaker to facilitate regional workshops training and support ensuring inclusive and accessible communication for all participants
