We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Product Manager / AI Solutions Lead to lead the development and delivery of AI-enhanced business solutions. This role is responsible for the complete solution lifecycle, from identifying business problems and defining requirements to building, validating, deploying, and supporting AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining an AI-first mindset.
In this role, you will:
· Lead the end-to-end development and execution of AI-enabled business solutions, from concept through deployment and operational support.
· Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to understand challenges, define desired outcomes, and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
· Define solution scope, success metrics, business requirements, and high-level solution architecture.
· Design, prototype, build, and evaluate AI-enhanced workflows, applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
· Validate solutions through pilots and proof-of-concepts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
· Prepare solutions for production deployment, including documentation, user training, adoption planning, and transition support.
· Act as the escalation point for deployed AI solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement.
· Drive an AI-native approach throughout the product lifecycle, leveraging modern AI tools, platforms, and development practices.

What you need to have to be considered
· 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering SaaS products, platforms, or enterprise applications.
· 2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering applied AI solutions, such as intelligent automation, workflow optimisation, conversational AI, or decision-support applications.
· 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, analytics, or AI-related solution development.
· Strong experience scoping, developing, testing, and evaluating AI-enabled applications and business solutions.
· Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and tools, including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI technologies, and related AI ecosystems.
· Proficiency in coding, application development, and deployment using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI Functions, or similar platforms.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 81337 to $ 141500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
