About the Role
As an ADMS Core & Solutions Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, deploying, upgrading, and optimizing ADMS Series 6 environments that support critical utility operations across Europe. You will be a valued member of our Energy & Utilities Technology team and work collaboratively with utility stakeholders, ADMS architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and highly available operational technology solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most technically complex utility modernization programs in the industry, including new ADMS implementations, platform upgrades, and large-scale system consolidation initiatives. In this role, you will:
• Lead the deployment and upgrade of ADMS Series 6 environments, including planning, execution, validation, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with utility stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable ADMS solution designs.
• Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to improve grid reliability, operational efficiency, and system performance.
• Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and synchronization across environments.
• Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
• Monitor replication performance and troubleshoot cross-environment synchronization issues.
• Perform end-to-end defect analysis, root cause investigation, and remediation coordination.
• Develop and execute FAT/SAT test strategies for new features, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OEM teams to maintain secure and compliant platform operations.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
• 3+ years of experience in ADMS, SCADA, utility applications, operational technology, software engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience deploying, configuring, upgrading, or supporting enterprise-scale software platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, solution architecture, and system integration principles.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and enterprise application environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams and stakeholder groups.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience with ADMS, SCADA, DMS, EMS, or utility management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, or other automation and deployment tools.
• Understanding of software architecture and solution design principles.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and replication technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Background in utilities, energy management, smart grid technologies, or critical infrastructure environments.
