About the Role
We are seeking a professional to design comprehensive adobe experience platform architectures that support scalable data driven experiences for provider domain stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations. This role will apply expertise in adobe to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and support business objectives. The successful candidate will also lead end to end solution design for adobe experience platform implementations by defining data flows schemas and integrations that enhance patient and provider engagement across digital channels. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate requirements into effective delivery are important for success in this position.
In This Role, You Will
- Design comprehensive Adobe Experience Platform architectures that support scalable data driven experiences for provider domain stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Lead end to end solution design for Adobe Experience Platform implementations by defining data flows schemas and integrations that enhance patient and provider engagement across digital channels.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including product owners data engineers and experience designers to translate provider business requirements into actionable Adobe Experience Platform blueprints.
- Optimize data ingestion identity resolution and segmentation within Adobe Experience Platform to drive accurate personalization and measurable improvements in care coordination outcomes.
- Oversee integration of Adobe Experience Platform with upstream and downstream systems such as electronic health records customer relationship platforms and analytics tools to create unified provider views.
- Establish robust governance models for consent data privacy and access control within Adobe Experience Platform to uphold healthcare compliance standards and protect sensitive information.
- Define and document reusable architectural patterns and reference implementations tailored to provider workflows enabling consistent delivery and easier onboarding of future projects.
- Guide technical teams on best practices for configuring Adobe Experience Platform capabilities including Real Time Customer Data Platform and Journey Orchestration to support omnichannel provider experiences.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to ensure that Adobe Experience Platform solutions align with overall technology strategy performance baselines and cybersecurity requirements.
- Evaluate new Adobe Experience Platform features and provider focused digital technologies and provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency and quality of care touchpoints.
- Provide structured technical guidance during hybrid working arrangements using clear documentation and remote collaboration methods to maintain continuity of design and delivery in day shift operations.
- Monitor implemented Adobe Experience Platform solutions in production environments and drive continuous improvement through architectural refinements based on performance data and user feedback.
- Prepare detailed architectural artifacts including solution diagrams integration specifications and data models that help business stakeholders understand how digital experiences support provider objectives.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Bring extensive hands on experience in designing and implementing solutions on Adobe Experience Platform including core services data modeling ingestion activation and workflow configuration.
- Demonstrate strong exposure to provider domain processes such as patient registration care coordination billing and quality reporting with clear understanding of terminology and regulatory constraints.
- Apply solid skills in enterprise architecture and integration using modern application programming interfaces data pipelines and messaging patterns to connect Adobe Experience Platform with provider systems.
- Utilize practical knowledge of data governance privacy frameworks and compliance principles relevant to healthcare to ensure that architectural decisions protect individual rights and organizational trust.
- Show proficiency in analyzing business requirements from provider stakeholders and converting them into technical specifications that drive effective Adobe Experience Platform configurations and data strategies.
- Use experience with hybrid work models and collaborative tooling to maintain high quality documentation code reviews and design walkthroughs across distributed teams without travel dependencies.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
