Job summary
This hybrid role seeks an experienced business analyst with deep expertise in SFDC Knowledge and SFDC Lightning to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions for a global organization. The analyst will collaborate across functions to optimize processes enhance user experiences and ensure high quality delivery within a day shift framework without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end to end business processes and translate stakeholder needs into detailed SFDC Knowledge and SFDC Lightning requirements that support scalable and sustainable enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather clarify and validate business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Design comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for SFDC Lightning features that improve efficiency user experience and data accuracy across global operations
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process documentation that enable development configuration and testing teams to implement Salesforce solutions with minimal rework
- Coordinate and perform impact analysis for proposed Salesforce changes assessing dependencies risks and benefits to guide decision making and release planning
- Support configuration and optimization of SFDC Knowledge articles and Lightning components to ensure information is easily searchable accurate and helpful for internal and external users
- Conduct end user workshops and demos to validate SFDC Lightning functionalities gather feedback and drive adoption of newly implemented features and enhancements
- Partner with quality assurance teams to define test strategies and scenarios ensuring comprehensive validation of Salesforce functionalities data integrity and integrations
- Monitor key performance metrics related to Salesforce usage and business outcomes and recommend targeted improvements that increase productivity and operational excellence
- Provide day to day analytical support for Salesforce users by investigating issues performing root cause analysis and proposing sustainable solutions that reduce recurring problems
- Coordinate with technical teams on integration requirements and data flows to ensure Salesforce remains a reliable source of truth within the broader enterprise application landscape
- Document change requests release notes and process updates clearly so business and technical teams have shared understanding of Salesforce changes and their expected impact
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using insights from SFDC reports dashboards and user feedback to refine processes and support the company mission of delivering better services to society
Qualifications
- Bring eight to twelve years of progressive experience as a business analyst with significant exposure to large scale enterprise systems and complex stakeholder environments
- Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in SFDC Knowledge including structuring categories managing article lifecycle and enabling effective search and consumption for diverse user groups
- Exhibit proven experience working with SFDC Lightning components and configurations with the ability to translate business needs into intuitive lightning pages and workflows
- Apply solid understanding of Salesforce data models validation rules and automation tools such as flows to design solutions that maintain data quality and process consistency
- Show case experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating effectively using digital tools to coordinate requirements workshops reviews and support activities
- Use advanced analytical and problem solving skills to interpret data identify trends and present actionable insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
- Communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders using structured documentation and presentations to ensure shared understanding and commitment
- Display familiarity with standard business analysis frameworks including requirements elicitation process mapping and use case modeling tailored to Salesforce environments
- Utilize practical knowledge of day shift operations in multinational companies ensuring timely coordination with global stakeholders while maintaining healthy work routines
Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst recommended with any relevant SFDC Lightning credential preferred
