Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media platforms and employee referrals ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit for the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process fostering a positive candidate experience
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions that align with organizational needs and attract top talent
  • Support onboarding activities by ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and information to integrate seamlessly into the company
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance strategies and processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
  • Showcase proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation
  • Display a proactive attitude and willingness to learn adapting quickly to new challenges and environments
  • Have basic knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques with a desire to expand expertise in talent acquisition
