Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each roleSource candidates through various channels including job boards social media platforms and employee referrals ensuring a diverse and qualified talent poolScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit for the organizationCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a smooth and efficient processMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking systemProvide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process fostering a positive candidate experienceAssist in drafting and posting job descriptions that align with organizational needs and attract top talentSupport onboarding activities by ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and information to integrate seamlessly into the companyMonitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders identifying areas for improvement and optimizationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance strategies and processesBuild and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment processContribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
