Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and ITSM modules. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, strengthen system performance, and drive innovation within a hybrid working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and wants to make a tangible impact on enterprise service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions that streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows that automate routine tasks and boost productivity across teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical ServiceNow configurations
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and scalability for the business
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular system audits and apply best practices to uphold compliance and security standards
  • Produce clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing
  • Mentor team members on ServiceNow functionality to strengthen internal capability
  • Track ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends, recommending improvements where relevant
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to support seamless data flow
  • Deliver ServiceNow projects on time and to a high quality standard, in line with business goals

Required Skills & Certifications

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules
  • SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance, is required

Nice to Have

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist, CIS-Discovery)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise platforms
