Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and ITSM modules. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, strengthen system performance, and drive innovation within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions that streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery
- Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows that automate routine tasks and boost productivity across teams
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical ServiceNow configurations
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and scalability for the business
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular system audits and apply best practices to uphold compliance and security standards
- Produce clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing
- Mentor team members on ServiceNow functionality to strengthen internal capability
- Track ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends, recommending improvements where relevant
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to support seamless data flow
- Deliver ServiceNow projects on time and to a high quality standard, in line with business goals
Required Skills & Certifications
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules
- SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance, is required
Nice to Have
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist, CIS-Discovery)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party enterprise platforms
