Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer role focuses on delivering advanced ServiceNow solutions, including ITOM, ITSM, and Work Model capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and drive innovation in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency.
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules to align with organizational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity across teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations.
Monitor and optimize ServiceNow system performance to ensure reliability and scalability for business operations.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for ServiceNow-related issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular system audits and implement best practices to maintain compliance and security standards.
Create detailed documentation for ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities to build internal capabilities and foster growth.
Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
Ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow projects while adhering to quality standards and organizational goals.
Contribute to the company’s mission by leveraging ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Certifications & Skills:
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist
Additional ServiceNow certifications preferred
SC Clearance or eligibility required
