Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating help center content and canned responses for GTM. The ideal candidate is a relentless researcher who can break down technical concepts into accessible language while strictly adhering to brand voice and SEO best practices to drive measurable business growth. The job also entails using the client’s internal CMS for staging and publishing the content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client brief, the product/services and all its aspects
  • Create, update and publish content as required
  • Assist in developing communication goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and gather appropriate information from relevant sources
  • Define content creation approach for the customer per the content strategy defined
  • Play a critical role in shaping product experiences for users
  • Set the tone of voice for UX and product experience copy, if required.
  • Develop standards and guidelines for style of content to be created, if required.
  • Adapt writing style according to brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Conceptualize and create develop/refurbish and manage copy for customers’ websites or any collateral / promotional material meant for the online medium
  • Make editorial alterations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, proofreading and editing online help content or customer support/agent-facing help content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, or any related field.
  • Must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
  • Should be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, 5 days a week.
