Over de rol
In deze rol ga je:
- Dagelijks tickets beheren, analyseren en technische problemen oplossen (hardware & software).
- Hardware repareren of vervangen en nieuwe apparatuur installeren, upgraden en configureren.
- Werken met remote command tools voor installatie en applicatiebeheer.
- Voorraadbeheer doen, inclusief bestellen, forecasten en retourlogistiek van hardware.
- On‑site en remote ondersteuning leveren voor netwerk-, software- en hardwarevraagstukken.
- Documentatie opstellen en bijhouden.
- In ondersteuning voorzien buiten reguliere kantooruren wanneer noodzakelijk (24/7 business support).
Dit is een volledig onsite functie.
- 3 dagen per week in Boxmeer
- 2 dagen per week in OSS
Wat je nodig hebt om in aanmerking te komen
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in Deskside Support of vergelijkbare ICT‑supportrollen.
- Sterke kennis van troubleshooting (hardware/software).
- Ervaring met ticketingtools en dagelijkse queue‑management.
- Basiskennis van remote deployment tooling en command languages.
- Zelfstandige, servicegerichte en proactieve werkhouding.
- Nederlands op minimaal C‑niveau (vereiste).
- Goede beheersing van Engelse taal is een pré.
Deze zaken helpen je opvallen
- Ervaring in een enterprise‑omgeving.
- Certificeringen zoals ITIL, Microsoft of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring met on‑site support in gereguleerde of kritische omgevingen.
- Ervaring met voorraad- en assetmanagement.
