- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot audio visual technologies, video conferencing solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference room collaboration systems.
- Provide technical support for executive meetings, business presentations, town halls, live events, and hybrid collaboration environments.
- Deliver onsite desktop and end-user support, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
- Coordinate device deployments, technology refreshes, workstation setups, and onboarding activities to ensure user readiness.
- Manage incidents and service requests through established ITSM processes while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting service-level commitments.
- 4+ years of experience supporting audio visual technologies, workplace technology services, or IT field services environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing platforms, conference room technology, cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
- Experience providing desktop support for Windows and macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management processes, and ServiceNow.
- Understanding of networking concepts and remote support technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and provide support for critical business meetings and events.
- Experience supporting enterprise audio visual infrastructure and integrated collaboration environments.
- Previous experience within the Media, Entertainment, or related industries.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and technology partners for escalations and equipment support.
- Knowledge of workplace technology best practices and conference room operational support.
- Ability to lead technical troubleshooting efforts and drive timely issue resolution with minimal business disruption.
