Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with 10 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong understanding of Auto - Compliance and Risk Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires working night shifts with no travel involved.
Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of services in alignment with client expectations and company standards.Ensure the seamless integration of MS Office tools to enhance operational efficiency.Manage and optimize processes related to AutoCompliance and Risk to mitigate potential issues.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline AutoClaims processes ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.Implement strategies to improve Property & Casualty Insurance operations focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions that address complex challenges in the insurance domain.Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with industry best practices.Provide expert guidance on the application of MS Office tools to support project objectives and deliverables.Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining a high standard of compliance.Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office with the ability to leverage its features for operational excellence.Possess a strong understanding of AutoCompliance and Risk with experience in implementing effective risk management strategies.Have experience in AutoClaims with a focus on process optimization and customer satisfaction.Exhibit knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance with the ability to drive improvements in service delivery.Display excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
