We are seeking 6 to 12 years of experience specializing in Alfresco Process Services and Alfresco Content Services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Alfresco Process Services
- Activiti and Alfresco Content Services to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with the companys strategic goals and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and processes.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the architecture.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience working on Alfresco Process Services (APS/Activiti) development, including workflow modelling, form design, and process automation. It is an mandatory.
- Experience with APS/Activiti platform upgrades and migrations
- Proficiency with Linux command-line operations for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and workflow lifecycle management
- Design and implement integrations with internal systems using APS REST APIs and Java-based connectors
- Proficiency in APS administration tasks including configuration, security, user management, and performance optimization
- Strong Knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, REST Web Services
Secondary Skills:
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design patterns
- Experience with enterprise database systems and SQL optimization
- Experience on deployments & with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Experience working on Unit Testing
- Code Analysis and Review
