This hybrid Architect role focuses on designing and governing enterprise scale solutions using Adobe Experience Platform including Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Journey Optimiser and Real Time Customer Data Platform for a leading provider domain organization The architect will translate complex customer and business needs into robust experience architectures ensuring secure scalable and privacy aware data and journey orchestration that drives measurable customer value and advances

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $175,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Design end to end digital experience architectures using Adobe Experience Platform components to support complex customer journeys for provider domain clients
- Define scalable patterns for integrating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Journey Optimiser and Real Time Customer Data Platform with existing provider systems and data platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate provider specific member and patient engagement objectives into actionable experience design and technical solutions
- Guide cross functional teams on implementing event data collection identity stitching and audience strategies tailored to provider workflows and regulatory constraints
- Establish governance standards for data models schemas and data quality within Adobe Experience Platform to ensure reliable analytics and activation for provider scenarios
- Review solution designs for performance security and resiliency ensuring that Adobe Experience Platform implementations meet enterprise grade expectations
- Coordinate with product owners and architects from adjacent platforms to ensure seamless integration between Adobe Experience Platform and core clinical and administrative systems
- Provide detailed design specifications and reference implementations that enable engineering teams to build journeys and audiences consistently across markets and lines of business
- Optimize customer journeys by defining measurement frameworks within Customer Journey Analytics that focus on provider specific outcomes such as engagement adherence and satisfaction
- Advise teams on implementing real time decisioning and personalisation in Adobe Journey Optimiser and Real Time Customer Data Platform while respecting privacy and compliance requirements
- Mentor delivery teams on best practices for hybrid work model collaboration documentation and handover to operations for Adobe Experience Platform solutions
- Partner with security and compliance teams to align data usage consent and retention practices with healthcare and provider regulations across all Adobe Experience Platform components
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing journey performance insights and recommending architectural enhancements that reduce friction and improve member and patient experiences
Qualifications
- Describe professional background that includes twelve to sixteen years in digital architecture with significant time spent designing and implementing marketing and customer experience platforms in large enterprises
- Highlight strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform with hands on delivery of Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Journey Optimiser and Real Time Customer Data Platform in production environments
- Emphasise deep understanding of provider domain processes including member journeys care coordination and operational workflows to ensure relevant experience design
- Demonstrate experience in data architecture event modelling and identity resolution strategies that support accurate measurement and personalisation across channels
- Show familiarity with privacy regulations data protection practices and governance frameworks relevant to healthcare and provider organizations
- Indicate experience working in hybrid delivery models coordinating onsite and remote teams and ensuring effective knowledge sharing and documentation
- Mention exposure to adjacent martech and adtech platforms such as tag management email platforms and customer service tools that integrate with Adobe Experience Platform
- Note strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to explain complex architectural decisions to technical and non technical partners and to drive alignment on solution direction
- Reference any background in performance optimisation and troubleshooting of large scale data and journey orchestration platforms ensuring stability and responsiveness under high load
