Job Summary
This hybrid Sr Developer position focuses on designing building and optimizing scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce to support complex IT business support operations. The role involves end to end ownership of data integration configuration and automation workflows that enhance service quality enable actionable insights and improve customer and employee experiences while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that enable efficient data unification and segmentation to support critical IT business support processes and reporting needs.Develop and configure Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to streamline case handling and service workflows so IT business support teams can respond faster and more accurately.Optimize data models and mapping within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure high quality data improved system performance and reliable analytics outputs for business stakeholders.Configure automation triggers and orchestration in Salesforce Agentforce to reduce manual effort improve response times and enhance service consistency for internal and external customers.Collaborate with IT business support stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations that directly improve productivity and service reliability.Create integration patterns between Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise systems to ensure secure and timely data exchange that supports accurate reporting and decision making.Perform impact analysis estimation and technical design for enhancements and new features ensuring that solutions are maintainable reusable and aligned with platform best practices.Review and refine existing Salesforce implementations to identify performance bottlenecks and configuration gaps and propose improvements that enhance user experience and system stability.Develop comprehensive unit and functional test scenarios for Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce features to ensure defect free releases and predictable behavior in production environments.Provide guidance and technical support to IT business support teams during deployment and hypercare periods to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.Document solution designs configuration steps and operational procedures in a clear and structured manner so cross functional teams can support and evolve the platform effectively.Monitor production usage and error trends in Salesforce solutions and implement corrective enhancements that reduce incidents and increase platform reliability for business users.Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure that data handling in Salesforce Data Cloud respects organizational policies and regulatory requirements and supports safe innovation.
Qualifications
Possess seven to ten years of experience as a developer or senior developer in enterprise environments with a strong focus on complex business system implementations and support.Demonstrate deep hands on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud configuration data ingestion identity resolution and audience creation to drive meaningful business insights.Exhibit strong experience working with Salesforce Agentforce features including case workflows routing automation and service experience optimization in IT business support contexts.Bring proven background in IT business support domains including incident handling request fulfillment and service management processes with ability to map them into Salesforce capabilities.Show proficiency in designing and implementing data integration mechanisms such as API based data flows and batch processes that connect Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise data sources.Apply solid knowledge of application lifecycle practices including version control deployment strategies and environment management to maintain stability in hybrid work models.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to diagnose complex platform issues and deliver pragmatic solutions that minimize downtime and rework.Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders presenting solution options and tradeoffs in a clear manner that supports collaborative decision making.Display familiarity with modern development and configuration practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and willingness to continuously learn new features related to Data Cloud and Agentforce.
