Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Platform Administrator with strong hands-on experience managing Meta Business Manager environments and supporting enterprise social media operations. This role is responsible for administering Meta Business Manager accounts, managing user access and permissions, supporting social media platform operations, and ensuring adherence to security and governance best practices. The ideal candidate will possess experience with social media account administration, stakeholder support, access management, and social media management platforms in a corporate environment.

In this role, you will:

· Manage and administer Meta Business Manager accounts, assets, users, roles, and permissions.

· Support business teams with account setup, access requests, user onboarding, and troubleshooting activities.

· Maintain and govern Facebook, Instagram, and other social media assets within Meta Business Manager.

· Monitor and manage user access controls, security settings, and permission structures across social media platforms.

· Ensure adherence to social media governance policies, security standards, and account management best practices.

· Support organic social media operations, profile management, and platform administration activities.

· Coordinate with marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to support social media initiatives.

· Investigate and resolve platform access, authentication, and account-related issues.

· Maintain documentation related to social media account structures, permissions, and operational procedures.

· Assist with implementation and administration of social media management tools such as Khoros, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

· Support continuous improvement of social media operations, governance processes, and platform administration practices.

· Provide guidance and training to stakeholders regarding social media account management and platform best practices.

What you need to have to be considered

· Hands-on experience working within Meta Business Manager, including account management, permissions administration, campaign support, and platform governance.

· Experience supporting social media operations, including creating, managing, or maintaining social media profiles and organic content programs.

· Strong understanding of Meta platform administration, asset management, and user access controls.

· Experience managing account access requests, user permissions, onboarding/offboarding activities, and security best practices.

· Knowledge of social media governance, account security, password management, and access control processes.

· Experience troubleshooting social media platform issues and supporting business stakeholders.

· Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, or similar tools is preferred.

· Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience supporting enterprise marketing, digital, communications, or social media teams is an asset.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[84,000 - 95,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
