We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow programs and projects across complex enterprise environments.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in managing delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, governance, and operational excellence.
As a trusted delivery leader, you will oversee project execution from initiation through to deployment, ensuring teams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and business outcomes are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects and programs, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, developers, business analysts, architects, testers, and client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary delivery lead and escalation point throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand business objectives and ensure ServiceNow solutions deliver measurable value.
• Manage delivery planning, resource allocation, project forecasts, budgets, and financial performance across engagements.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder workshops to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
• Ensure customers have clear visibility of project progress, delivery methodology, milestones, and overall program status.
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting, including delivery status, budgets, risks, achievements, and key decisions.
• Drive delivery excellence through the application of best practices, governance controls, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate deployment, transition, training, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure successful operational handover and adoption.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on customer success and delivery excellence.
Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience in technology project delivery, program management, or consulting leadership roles.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects or managing ServiceNow-focused delivery teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations from initiation through to go-live and support transition.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow delivery methodologies, implementation lifecycles, and platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasting, commercial commitments, and resource planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and manage expectations effectively.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, governance activities, and change control processes.
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record delivering successful customer outcomes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decisions and remove delivery obstacles.
