This hybrid day shift role is tailored for an experienced professional in the fintech domain who can communicate fluently in English and operate within high technology environments. The talent will coordinate complex initiatives across digital financial products while ensuring clarity in stakeholder communication and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Drive end to end execution of fintech initiatives by coordinating daily activities across product operations risk and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key outcomes.
- Oversee analysis of customer journeys and transaction patterns to identify gaps in user experience and propose practical enhancements that improve satisfaction and trust in digital financial services.
- Guide design discussions with cross functional partners to align fintech features with regulatory expectations operational feasibility and long term scalability within high technology environments.
- Coordinate documentation of system behaviors business rules and service workflows using clear English communication so that technical and non technical stakeholders share a consistent understanding of requirements.
- Manage prioritization of change requests bug resolutions and feature releases within agreed timelines to maintain platform stability while continuously increasing business value.
- Collaborate with security and risk specialists to validate that new features and integrations conform to data protection standards and reduce potential exposure to fraud and operational failures.
- Monitor operational metrics such as transaction success rates latency user adoption and incident trends to drive continuous improvement actions that strengthen platform reliability and performance.
- Facilitate hybrid working routines by organizing virtual and onsite sessions that keep stakeholders aligned resolve blockers quickly and maintain transparency around project progress.
- Support training and enablement efforts for internal teams by creating concise reference materials product walkthroughs and knowledge sessions that enhance effective usage of fintech systems.
- Coordinate vendor and partner interactions in high technology ecosystems to ensure service level commitments are met and dependencies are managed without disrupting core fintech operations.
- Apply data driven decision making to compare alternative solution options evaluate cost and benefit and recommend approaches that best serve customers and organizational objectives.
- Ensure documentation configuration records and decision logs are kept accurate and current so audits and compliance checks can be completed efficiently and with minimal rework.
- Drive root cause analysis for incidents and defects to identify underlying issues and define corrective and preventive actions that minimize recurrence and improve system resilience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong fluency in spoken and written English to communicate complex fintech concepts clearly with global stakeholders and to avoid ambiguity in daily interactions.
- Bring proven experience working within high technology domains where digital platforms analytics and automation are central to service delivery and innovation.
- Show solid background of four to eight years in fintech or closely related financial technology roles handling product operations solution delivery or process optimization responsibilities.
- Exhibit familiarity with hybrid work models using collaboration tools and structured communication practices to remain productive and responsive regardless of work location.
- Display understanding of core fintech principles including digital payments customer identity management transaction monitoring and secure handling of financial data.
- Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills to interpret metrics user feedback and incident data and then convert findings into concrete improvement actions.
- Maintain high standards of ethics reliability and accountability to protect customer interests uphold regulatory compliance and support the long term reputation of the organization.
