Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows and Desktop Support working in a hybrid remote model. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions to enhance our IT capabilities ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance IT capabilities.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Provide expert guidance on desktop support strategies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Develop and document infrastructure standards and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve infrastructure scalability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all infrastructure activities.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure services.
- Manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring a reliable IT infrastructure that supports business operations and impacts society positively.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Windows systems and desktop support with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work model.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Have a deep understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Show proficiency in evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
