Job Summary
The candidate will play a key role in delivering OrderServ implementations by working directly with client stakeholders and internal teams. The role requires strong client facing delivery experience combined with hands on exposure to OrderServ platforms ensuring seamless execution across solution design integration and rollout
Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Requirement Management
Act as a primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Lead requirement discussions workshops and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
Translate client business needs into functional and solution level requirements aligned with OrderServ capabilities.
Provide proactive inputs and recommendations based on prior headless commerce and platform experience.
Solution Design and Platform Implementation
Support implementation and configuration of OrderServ or similar headless ordering platforms across Web Mobile and Kiosk channels.
Ensure alignment of solution design with business use cases including menu and catalog management ordering journeys including cart checkout and fulfilment payment integrations and customer and authentication flows.
Validate solution feasibility and highlight any functional or technical gaps early in the lifecycle.
Integration and Technical Coordination
Coordinate with internal and external teams for integrations with POS systems payment gateways aggregators loyalty platforms CRM systems and third party platforms.
Participate in API discussions data mapping and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure smooth integration flow across systems in the OrderServ platform.
Delivery Execution and Stakeholder Management
Manage day to day coordination across client development QA and vendor teams.
Provide regular status updates highlight risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong client communication ensuring transparency and confidence in delivery.
Drive alignment across multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.
Testing Go Live and Hypercare Support
Support SIT and UAT cycles by validating end to end ordering and integration flows.
Coordinate defect triaging and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
Assist in go live readiness deployment coordination and post launch stabilization through hypercare support.
Ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady state operations.
